Puglia is a long, thin wine region which sits in the south-eastern corner of Italy’s ‘boot’ and it is a region which is as synonymous with olive oil as it is wine. The northern and southern wine regions of Puglia mean that there are considerable differences in the soils and climates across the region, allowing for a diverse collection of different wines.
