This wine has aromas and flavours of blackcurrant fruit with hints of cassis and cedar. A smooth, round texture and a lingering finish.
The grapes are picked entirely by hand and carried in small trays. After strict sorting, only the best grapes are kept. Fermentation takes place over 3 weeks in temperature-controlled vats. The wine is then aged in oak casks for 12 months before bottling.
